Each artist, writer, and musician who submits their work to Power in Expression retains full and exclusive ownership and copyright to their material.
This means that each creator holds sole responsibility for:

- —Removing their listings from the platform at any time
We serve as a venue for connecting creators with audiences, but we do not retain any rights or interests in the creative content submitted by our users.

By submitting their work to Power in Expression, creators acknowledge that they are responsible for their own content. We disclaim all liability for copyright infringement or other claims related to user-generated content.
Terms of Service (ToS) Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform. By using our platform, you agree to hold harmless Power in Expression and its affiliates.
Payment Processing and Refund Policy
We understand that our platform facilitates connections between creators and audiences, resulting in sales and revenue sharing. To maintain a fair and secure environment, we've established the following payment processing and refund policy:
